Health Guarantee and Buyer Agreement

Seller's Personal Policy and Health Agreement

 

THIS GUARANTEE COVERS :

Problems that your veterinarian discovers at your initial visit which affects the dog's/ puppy's health are incurable, free from any deformity or genetic and sound of body.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVERS :

Any defect that does not show up at the first vet visit. Diarrhea, coccidia, giardia, wormy stools, pneumonia or internal parasites. Diarrhea is common with small puppies that have gone through a stressful. (getting a new home, meeting new people or changing their diet, etc).

DOG DISEASES :

This puppy has been given all the immunizations and worming appropriate for its age, and it has been carefully protected from exposure to dog diseases. Make sure that you complete to proper series of vaccination shots as this could save your puppy's life. Be careful to protect your puppy until it receives at least series of two (2) shots (with the 3rd one occurring at 14 weeks of age). Our guarantee does not cover a puppy illness or death due to puppy disease after sale. (Do not take your puppy outside such as pet shops or parks, etc).

HYPOGLYCEMIA (LOW BLOOD SUGAR) :

This is common among toy breeds, especially the tiny ones. It is extremely important that you watch for sign of this problem. This can be needless killer of small puppies. Symptoms are listlessness, staggering when trying to walk, acting lethargic, etc. Always make sure your puppy has food and water and check to see if it has eat ten. Giving NUTRI-CAL, Karo syrup or even honey (1 to 2 cc's) will alleviate this problem. You should not allow them to become overtired or chilled. Play time should be limited and controlled to prevent undue stress and tiring. This is totally your responsibilities to take good care of your puppy. We do not guarantee against this condition.

TO MAKE USE OF THIS GUARANTEE : 

To validate this guarantee, a licensed vet must examine the puppy within forty eight (48) hours of receiving the puppy. Health problems that cannot be defected at the initial vet visit will not covered by this guarantee. All vet bills are responsibility of the buyer period. Should there be a defect covered by this guarantee, the puppy will be exchanged with one of equal value when one is available. No cash refund. Terms of puppy replacement are as follows:

1. Contact us the day of your vet visit and inform us of the defect. Leave a message if no answer.

2. Provide written prove from your vet to ours as to the nature of the problem. have your vet fax to us the copy of the medical record.

3. Return the puppy alive and in the same conditions as when you brought it as same day of notification of defect.

4. Return all registration paperS and medical record when you bring back the puppy. This guarantee is void if all the papers are not returned.

5. Shipping costs are not refundable, the return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs are buyers responsibility.

We reserves the right to have the puppy examined for a second opinion, in which case the seller's vet findings will prevail. We work very closely with our vet, if they do not agree with your vet's diagnosis, they will confer with him/her as necessary.

A. The full amount of payment must cleared seven (7) business days before shipped. For pick up, we accept only cash for the remain of the balance or prepaid full amount.

B. We accept a half amount deposit to hold a puppy until it ready. The deposit will be toward to the balance of amount. The balance must be cleared when the puppy reaches seven (7) weeks old and full payment must be received before seven (7) business days they can be picked up or shipped.

C. We accept payment method, Postal money order with a tracking number, Western Union money transfer, Money gram or bank wire transfer. For International sale, we only accept Bank wire transfer payment. We do not accept any type of bank cashier's/ personal checks or any type of credit cards. No exception.

D. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exception.

E. If a deposit has been made on a puppy to hold until old enough to leave it's mother or for another reason agreed upon by seller and buyer, the buyer will make arrangements to pick up the puppy when the puppy turns twelve (12) weeks or boarding charges will be added to the total of the bill at a cost of Five dollars ($5.00) per day and any other charges incurred for the puppy (vaccination, vet care, de-worming, heartgard or frontline preventives, etc) will be charged to the buyer bill and will need to be paid in full before the puppy can be picked up or shipped out. If the puppy not picked up or shipped out within two (2) weeks of the agreed upon date and time, seller has the right to sell the puppy to another party and buyer forfeits all right to the puppy. If the balance is not received and no other payment arrangements were made in advance, buyer forfeits any payments made on the puppy and seller has the right to sell the puppy to another party. We do not hold any puppy over five (5) months of age. The buyer have to pick up or puppy must be shipped out before five (5) month old. If the puppy dies or becomes unfit for sale before the puppy is ready to be picked up or shipped out, a replacement puppy will be granted.

F. We do not guarantee that this puppy is anything but "Pet Quality". American Kennel Club (AKC) limited registered (non breeding), International Biewer Yorkshire Terrier (IBC) registration, American Pet Registry Inc (APRI) registration or Continental Kennel Club (CKC) registration will be sent after proof of spay/neuter is supplied. If the puppy sold as pet quality, the buyer agreed to neuter/spay your dog before the age of seven (7) months old. The puppy registration paper will be held until we have proof the puppy has neutered/spayed from the licensed vet. We give no guarantee as to puppy's quality for show, breeding, temperament, size, color, coat, allergies, skin conditions, any trained, bite, molera, hernias, testicles, patella luxation or hereditary defects that not immediately life treating. Only estimate adult size by the size of the parents and previous litters. All dogs are place to a companion pet home only. No breeders, puppy mils, pet shops or brokers.

G. This guarantee is not transferable.

H. For the shipping, weather, airlines schedule or airport conditions are constantly monitored. May be delayed or rescheduled for the reason for the airlines. We do not guarantee any of these conditions. The buyer will be responsible for any kennel services incurred because of any airlines delays and/ or not limited to you are not picking up the puppy on time at the airport. This will be also include any overnight kenneling due to any layovers at connecting flights (We do not recommend any connecting flights). We do make sure prior to sending the puppy out that there are no excepted delays. Once the puppy has checked onto the airline, it is out of the sellers control and will be the buyers responsibility to pick up and pay if any additional shipping cost from Airlines or kennel company.

I. If your puppy becomes ill, call your vet immediately, waiting can prove fatal. We are not a vet, we can not diagnose, dispense medication or give vet advice.

J. All vet bills are responsibility of the buyer. No exception.

K. All sales are final expect the guarantee covers. No cash refund. No exception.

The buyer hereto further acknowledge that this instrument is a binding legal contract, to which the Laws of the State of Texas shall apply in the event of any disputes. The buyer acknowledges and agree and has read the above and foregoing and fully understands the contents thereof. This instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and seller and no other written or verbal representation. Should any disputes arising from this contract or the subject transaction result in formal litigation, such litigation shall be conducted in any Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas.

The buyer have read and agreed the information of hypoglycemia, dealing with stress, feeding instructions, coccidia and puppy's first day, posted on the web site at http://www.chiwapuppyparadise.com/.

The buyer have read and understand the above conditions and agree to health guarantee and buyer agreement, seller personal policy and health agreement.

Paying the deposit or full amount, buyer is agreed to the teams of this contract.
